What are the caramel slice cup ingredients?

Biscoff Bombshell: sweetened condensed milk, Biscoff biscuits, butter, milk chocolate, biscuit spread, golden syrup.

King Caramel: sweetened condensed milk, butter, flour, milk chocolate, brown sugar, golden syrup.

Are dietary requirements catered for?

All current slices contain gluten, dairy, soy and may contain traces of nuts. But the kitchen is always dreaming up something new!

Are mixed boxes available?

Not at the moment. Each box contains a single flavour, either Biscoff Bombshell or King Caramel. Want both? Treat yourself and grab one of each!

What's the order and delivery schedule?

Orders open Monday morning and close Monday night. Everything’s baked fresh on Tuesday and shipped out Wednesday via express post. Most deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Delays due to shipping providers are out of our control. Tracking info will be sent once your goodies are on the move! P.S. Shipping is currently AUS only, no international orders (yet!).

How to store the caramel slice cups?

Store in the fridge and enjoy within 10 days, if they're lucky to last that long 😋

Are returns or refunds available?

Due to the nature of our baked goods, returns and refunds are not available. However, if there’s an issue with an order, please reach out within 2 days of receiving your package and we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read our refund and shipping policy for more information.

Are the caramel slice cups made fresh?

Always fresh! Our caramel slice cups are baked on Tuesday and hit the post on Wednesday, so they arrive tasting just right.
