We’re Abbey and Lily, best friends, dietitians, and the duo behind your new sweet obsession, Kweens Kitchen. When we're in the kitchen baking caramel slices together, it's our happy place. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing those perfect layers come together in the finished product. Life’s too short to skip dessert, so let these little bites of happiness brighten both your soul and your taste buds.
Where it all began
We began as Clean Kweens, a dietitian private practice with a mission to help women improve their relationship with food. We used social media to spread nutrition education and share simple recipes, and we soon became known for our famous caramel slice.
Satisfy your sweet cravings
Instead of limiting our Kweens community to homemade recipes that they don’t have the time for, we decided to make our two most popular caramel slices available to everyone! We really loved the idea of creating individual caramel cups, and that's how Kweens Kitchen was born. A little slice of heaven, delivered from our kitchen to yours.
